  • Press the speaker button (SPKR)
  • Press the feature button (FEAT)
  • Then dial 64
  • Dial the time in military time H H : M M
  • Wait for a confirmation tone
  • Press the speaker button (SPKR)

Iwatsu Voice Mail Time Change

When you need to set the system time, you need to access the system time menu. The system time is entered in the 24 hour clock format. Therefore 6:00 in the morning is entered as 0600 and 6:00 in the evening is entered as 1800.

To set the system time:
  • From X201 only
  • Access your mailbox
  • Enter pass code when prompted
  • Press 4 to access the system management menu
  • Press 5 to access the system time menu
  • Press 2 to set the system time
  • Enter the current time of day using the 24 hour clock format.
