Prioritizing our customers and employees

Acom is responding to the COVID19 threat. We value the health and safety of our customers and employees and have taken every possible precaution to reduce the risk of an employee acquiring or transmitting the virus.  

Acom is continuing service and support operations, with those exceptions listed below, and our Five Diamond rated monitoring station has fully tested disaster protocols in place.  

While you focus on your family‚Äôs health, rest assured we are still protecting your homes and businesses.  

Changes to normal operations:

- We will reschedule non-emergent service appointments in homes where the occupant(s) have a fever or respiratory symptoms.

- Effective March 17, 2020, we have closed all our offices to customers and vendors.
